Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Optimaks website and your purchase of our workflow automation services. Paying or signing a quotation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Services

  • Workflow Audit (S$129 one-time): a 45-minute on-site or online diagnosis, delivering a visual workflow blueprint (PDF).
  • Workflow Design & Implementation (S$679 one-time): design and implementation of one automated workflow with scope confirmed in writing, with 2 rounds of logic revisions before go-live.
  • Ongoing Care & Maintenance (S$199/month after go-live): hosting, monitoring, bug fixes, and monthly execution quota with parameter tweaks.

Definition of "One Workflow"

  • One workflow = a single trigger + up to 3-4 linear actions. Multi-branch logic or integrations across more than 3 systems count as additional workflows quoted separately.
  • The scope of each workflow is confirmed in writing (quotation or message) before work begins.

Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

  • You own all business data produced in the system (Google Sheets content, reports, customer records).
  • The underlying architecture, code and automation logic remain the property of Optimaks and are provided as a cloud service, not transferred with the implementation fee.

Third-Party Costs

  • API, messaging, software licence, domain, hosting and other third-party charges are excluded unless expressly included in writing.

Client Cooperation

  • You agree to provide required data and authorisations (e.g. Excel files, WhatsApp number access) within a reasonable time.
  • If a project stalls for more than 14 days due to missing client inputs, we may invoice according to progress.

Service Levels & Liability

  • We make reasonable efforts to keep systems stable. Where third-party services we rely on (WhatsApp, Google, etc.) suffer outages, we will restore service promptly but are not liable for indirect losses.
  • Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

Monthly Fees & Termination

  • The Ongoing Care & Maintenance fee starts after go-live and may be cancelled anytime; upon cancellation we stop hosting and monitoring and will assist you in exporting your business data.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
