When billing starts

The monthly fee starts the month after go-live—nothing is charged during the build.

Taxes and other fees

Prices are in SGD. Optimaks is not GST-registered, so no GST is added. Third-party platform and API costs your workflow uses are separate; card processing fees are ours, not yours.

Additional scope

Work beyond the 2 included tasks begins only after we confirm the scope and quote with you and you agree.

What kind of systems do you build?

Our core work is implementing automated workflows — not selling you another piece of software: enquiry capture, smart scheduling, auto-quoting, invoice and payment tracking, automated reporting — designed and run for you by the Optimaks Workflow Engine, wired into the tools you already use.

Do we need to change our software?

No. We integrate directly with the tools your team already uses every day — WhatsApp, Excel / Google Sheets, email, Google Calendar, online forms, even your existing CRM or ERP. Zero retraining for your staff.

How long does it take?

Our lightweight integrations typically go live in 10 to 20 days, compared to months with traditional corporate IT firms.

How much does it cost?

A Workflow Audit is S$129. Workflow Design & Implementation is S$679 for the agreed initial scope. Ongoing Care & Maintenance is S$199/month after go-live.

Who owns the code and the system?

All business data (customer records, orders, reports) belongs to you. We run 2 scheduled backups every month, and you can request a full export anytime. The underlying system is hosted and maintained by us in the cloud — like subscribing to Microsoft 365, with no IT staff to babysit it.

What counts as "one workflow"?

One workflow = a single trigger + up to 3-4 linear actions. For example: form submitted → record created → PDF quote generated → sent via WhatsApp. Multi-branch logic or multi-system integrations count as a second workflow — we define the scope in writing before quoting.

How is legacy data migration charged?

Clean digital files (Excel / CSV / Google Sheets) are imported free. Messy data that needs manual cleaning, restructuring or de-duplication is quoted by effort; paper documents and PDF scans are a standalone project, quoted separately.
